This process involves us undertaking a robust due diligence of the NGO on behalf of the donor organisation as well as ongoing liaison to ensure transparency and accountability.  Our unique role as the broker between agencies ensures that a healthy co-operative relationship is developed and sustained and that all parties are able to achieve mutual objectives.

As part of this process Fortitude has a robust and comprehensive assessment process that enables us to undertake effective identification and matching of NGO’s.  This means we undertake the due-diligence so that you don’t have to and our assessment of the competence and capability of an NGO is derived from our extensive experience of working with them.  This includes the following:
